New funding from NSERC

Nic was awarded a 5-year Discovery Grant from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) to support trainees wishing to study how the mammalian brain learns from past experiences to inform behavioral decisions. Discovery Grants support programs of research with long-term goals, recognizing that creativity, innovation, mentorship and high quality training environments are at the heart of all research advances.
